Who is responsible
LYMI by Nobles, contact younessbamoussebms@gmail.com. This policy follows the EU/UK GDPR and Moroccan law 09-08, and applies to every visitor.
What we collect
Only what you send: your name, email, company, budget and message when you use a form; your email, name and order reference when you buy; and the messages you type or speak to Lymi. We never ask for card details.
How the chat works
Your chat messages go to our server on Cloudflare and are answered by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. If it is unavailable, our automation server (n8n) answers instead. We do not use your messages for advertising.
Voice
Speech recognition runs in your browser; some browsers, such as Chrome, send the audio to their own provider to turn it into text. If premium voice is switched on, the text of Lymi's reply is sent to ElevenLabs to make the audio.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting, AI, security), PayPal (payments), our n8n automation server hosted by Hostinger, our email provider and, only if premium voice is on, ElevenLabs. Some may process data outside your country under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Requests and messages: up to 12 months. Order records: as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection: write to younessbamoussebms@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the EU your national authority, in Morocco the CNDP).
